There are two forms to choose from:
  1. General Questions/Issues: Used for questions/issues specific to the Customer & Tasker relationship or quality of work.
  2. Serious Threat to Customer Safety: Used when the Customer or their property may be in danger. Examples: Physical altercations, Harassment, Gas Leaks, and Serious Flooding.
  3. Property Damage: Only to be used when there is property damage, theft or suspected theft, or injury involving the Tasker or Taskrabbit specifically. Wayfair CS should handle Wayfair item damage.
